Service Terms for Web Design Clients

1. Services Provided
We provide web design and related services as agreed in writing.

2. Payments
Invoices must be paid within 28 days. Work will not begin until any agreed deposit is received.

3. Revisions
We include 1 round of revisions. Additional changes may be charged at our hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of the final website will be transferred to the client once payment is complete.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
